Innovations Program - Heather Cohort

Jewish Federations' Center on Aging, Trauma, and Holocaust Survivor Care is seeking proposals for the Innovations Program to expand person-centered, trauma-informed (PCTI) services for Holocaust survivors, older adults with a history of trauma, and their family caregivers.

 

 

Applicants must submit an Intent to Apply (LOI) in order to submit an application. Applicants must submit an Intent to Apply (LOI) by Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to be eligible to apply. All application materials, including the Intent to Apply (LOI) must be submitted via SurveyMonkey Apply.

Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 11:59PM ET: Intent to Apply (LOI) Due

Friday, April 24, 2026: Deadline for Clarifying Questions About the RFP

Friday, May 15, 2026, at 11:59PM ET: Stage 1 Application Due

June-August 2026 (on a rolling basis): Notification of Advancement to Stage 2

June-November 2026 (on a rolling basis): Stage 2 Application Due

December 2026: Award Announcement

December 2026: Signed Cooperative Agreement Due

Monday, January 1, 2027: Program Implementation Begins
